Reverend James Jackson
Reverend James Jackson is a Chicago native that was reared in the Bronzeville neighborhood and attended Chicago Public Schools. Reverend Jackson accepted his call to ministry in 1976 and received his theological training at Moody Bible Institute. His passion for souls, as well as his desire to help others is why he volunteers at Mercy Hospital and Saint James Food Pantry.
Reverend Jackson united with The faith family of West Point Missionary Baptist Church in May 2017, under the pastoral leadership of the Rev. Dr. L. Bernard Jakes.
Reverend Jackson shares his life and ministry with Mrs. Cynthia Jackson and their two children, Ramon and Rachel, as well as three grandchildren.
